Provisory deed used for transactions financed by the owner. In this case, WITH RECOURSE
promissory notes will be issued related to the financed balance, or IN FULL PAYMENT
promissory notes will be issued.
DEFINITIVE DEED FOR PURCHASE AND SALE:
Definitive deed that replaces the PROMISSORY DEED OF TRUST FOR PURCHASE AND SALE after
payment of the total financed balance.
PROMISSORY DEED OF TRUST FOR
PURCHASE AND SALE WITH QUIT CLAIM:
Provisory deed used for transactions financed by the owner. In this case, IN FULL PAYMENT
OF FINANCED BALANCE, or full payment of price, promissory notes will be issued.
PROMISSORY DEED OF TRUST FOR THE
CESSION OF ACQUISITION RIGHTS:
Provisory deed used when the seller (standby assigner) has a Promissory Deed of Trust for
Purchase and Sale and the transaction is carried out with owner financing, with the buyer
becoming the standby assignee. In this case, WITH RECOURSE, or related to financed
balance, promissory notes will be issued.
DEED FOR THE CESSION OF ACQUISITION
Definitive deed that replaces the PROMISSORY DEED OF TRUST FOR CESSION OF ACQUISITION
RIGHTS after payment of the total financed balance.
This deed shall be signed by the STANDBY SELLER (the one who promised to sell to the
standby assigner), by the STANDBY ASSIGNER (as the intervening party) and by the STANDBY
NOTE: In this case, certificates of good standing should be required in
the name of the STANDBY SELLER AND THE STANDBY ASSIGNER.
IMPORTANT: In cases of promissory cession or cession, the withholding of
ESTATE TAX AND LAUDEMIUM must be verified for each transaction.

Definitive deed for cash sale.
Definitive deed when dealing with exchanging real estate, with or without payment of the
